Urban Centric are well funded with existing cash resources and a lean and nimble decision-making process, meaning we can act quickly and with conviction.

Over the first 4 years of Urban Centric, we are on track to deliver over 1,000 units across 6 sites. We currently have over £15m to deploy on new sites with the following attributes:

  • £1m – £10m lot sizes for opportunities with residential potential
  • BtR, Carehome, Open Market Housing, Student and Strategic Land
  • Uncon, STP or with planning
  • All major UK cities and town centres (Bath, Birmingham, Bristol, Cheltenham, Cambridge, Cardiff, Exeter, Manchester, London etc)
  • VP buildings / sites or assets with sub 3 years of income.

Given we are dynamic PropCo, we are also open to JV opportunities where our expertise in the development sector will enhance and add value to schemes.

We pay intro fees and will take a commercial view on off-market introductions for higher/incentivised fees.
