Boutique Student Living launches Boutique Exeter

We are delighted that Boutique Student Living’s latest purpose built student accommodation development, Boutique Exeter has completed on time for the 2023/24 Academic year.
 
The development is the second completed by Boutique Student Living, a sister company of Urban Centric, following the successful 80no bed student scheme at Boutique Swansea which opened in 2022.
 
Work to rejuvenate the disused brownfield site on Blackboy Road started in 2021. PC was achieved in September 2023 and the first students moved in at the start of the month. 
 
Located within a short walk of Exeter city centre, both Stratham and St Luke’s campuses of Exeter University and of Exeter College, the 75no bed development, managed by CRM, is already fully let. 
 
There are a range of different room types to suit every need; including cluster rooms and independent spacious studios. Within the communal spaces, there are a significant number of shared amenities for residents of Boutique to enjoy. There are plenty of spaces for individual and group study, but for that all important downtime there is lots to keep residents occupied with an on-site gym, cinema room, TV lounge and games room, along with shared outdoor spaces.
 
Residents at Boutique enjoy an ‘all inclusive’ package of utility bills included, along with super-fast internet throughout the building. With an eye on sustainability, the building benefits from an EPC ‘A’ rating and is partially powered by Solar PV on the roof. Excess electricity is either returned to the grid to help power supplies elsewhere or stored in on-site batteries which fuel the electricity demand on site. There are numerous ESG benefits for residents at Boutique Exeter including a gym, numerous break out spaces and large courtyards.
